I have a busy day of training lined up for today as I am training new subcontractors on the Common Data Environment (CDE) for one of our live Construction Projects.
Delivering training is one of the things I love most about my job!
I always look at it as an opportunity to get to know the people behind the system and use it as an opportunity to promote project collaboration. It provides me with opportunities to find out more about the project we are delivering and often presents me with new ideas to add value to our project environment.
