๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ:
โฐ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐: You have 1440 minutes in a day! Plan your entire day to ensure that you are getting the best out of your day. Donโt forget to include all your daily tasks from checking your emails to hosting meetings, to travel time etc.
โฐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ผ ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ธ๐: When we have extremely large projects to complete sometimes it seems like an impossible task. Break those large tasks down into smaller, more
manageable tasks.
โฐ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: Is there someone else in your team who has the expertise and/or information to complete the task? If so, delegate. Sometimes delegation can feel like more hassle than its worth. However when done effectively, you can really expand the amount of work that you can deliver!
